·        No refunds/credits unless required by Indian consumer law.

·        Refund requests will be considered on merit.

·        Cancellations must be raised within 48 hours of purchase via email to info@valtairlabs.com or by phone (official support number to be provided).

·        Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 14 days.

·        All payments will be refunded in INR through the original payment method.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through the VAltair Labs App or Website.
